Electrical testing and tagging is a process in which electrical equipment is regularly inspected to ensure that it is safe to use. The equipment is tested for any signs of damage or wear, and then a tag with the date of the test and the initials of the technician is placed on it. After the technician checks your item, you will notice that there is a label or stamp that has been placed on it. This is to indicate that the item has been tested and tagged. The label or stamp will have the date of testing as well as the initials of the technician, but the first thing you will see is the test and tag colours.
